RI Integration between ClubRunner and the RI Database is important as the District now moving toward an online District Directory. Support of ALL Clubs is requested to make the Directory a dynamic document. The steps in the following slides need to be made by a current Club President, Secretary or Executive Secretary / Director. Access to “My Rotary” will be required.

Recover your Login details and Password

At the Home Page, click on “Member Area”

Click on the main tab “For Clubs” and then the lower tab “RI Integration”

Once step 2 has been started, you will see this screen Once step 2 has been started, you will see this screen. Click on the “Switch On Data Integration” box And then ensure that the appropriate boxes are ticked in the privacy section. Click “Update Privacy”.

This completes the process of Data Integration The next step is to compare the data held by RI and the data imported into ClubRunner. The following slides are examples showing the Rotary Club of Murray Bridge

Login and Click the top “Admin” tab and then the lower “Administration” tab

At the bottom right hand side click on “RI Member Synchronization”

Click on “Connect to RI Database & Start Compare”

This screen will show any discrepancy between the two databases This screen will show any discrepancy between the two databases. Corrections can be made.

At the bottom of the page is an area showing missing members from either database. Members can be added to either from this screen. Ensuring the correct member details are displayed here will ensure the new District Directory is an accurate document.
