Ireland Work Permit The Work Permit assume all occupations to be eligible unless otherwise specified. Requirements: A job offer of minimum remuneration of €30,000pa. Applications where the remuneration is below €30,000 accepted in exceptional circumstances. A labour market test needs to be completed. The applicant must process the relevant qualifications, skills or experience. There are limitations on the minimum number of EEA nationals required. Issued for: up to 2 years and can be renewed for a further 3 years. Spouse & Family: No, Spouses of Permit holders must apply for a separate Employment Permit in their own right. Processing Time: 10 working days

Ireland Green Card The Green Card permit is designed to attract highly skilled people into Ireland with the aim of encouraging them to take up permanent residence. Requirements: Remuneration of €60,000 or more Job offer of 2 year duration. The Green Card is also available to certain occupations earning between €30,000-€60,000 including ICT professionals, professional engineers and technologists, business and financial professionals. Issued for: 2 years, renewable without the need for a further permit. Spouse & Family: Yes. Processing Time: 10 working days.

Requirements: You must evidence work experience/ Qualifications Compulsory professionals & trades need pre-approval to be licensed before they can apply including teachers, medical, accountants, ironworker, panel beater, electrician, etc., dependant on state.
