Industry Panel: Leading Through Innovation Don Pearson Chief Strategy Officer/Inductive Automation Hello, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Don Pearson, I’m the Chief Strategy Officer for Inductive Automation, and I’ll be your moderator for today’s session. I’m really excited about our session today because we have a great panel of some of the amazing industry leaders in our Ignition community. And they’ve joined us today to discuss how to lead through innovation. I’d like to introduce each one of them, starting with Hugh Roddy.

VP, Global Engineering & Project Management / Chobani Hugh Roddy VP, Global Engineering & Project Management / Chobani Hugh Roddy is the VP of Global Engineering & Project Management at Chobani Since early 2015, Hugh has overseen the strategic growth of the Engineering & Controls and Automation function for all Chobani’s facilities, including their Idaho plant, which is the world’s largest dairy plant. Hugh also led the development and design for a new facility in Australia, and has been instrumental in upgrading the New York facility by introducing extensive automation.

Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager / Keurig Dr. Pepper Folusho Erogbogbo Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager / Keurig Dr. Pepper Folusho Erogbogbo is the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager for Keurig Dr Pepper Folusho is an Engineering Manager with over a decade of leadership, project management, engineering and automation experience in the food and beverage industry. He is currently responsible for controls, automation and operational technology at Keurig Dr Pepper’s 18 cold beverage sites. When he isn't spending time with family and friends, or creating something, you can find him at a soccer field near you and today you can find him sitting on our panel!

OTI Senior Database & Reports Administrator / Roseburg Forest Products Derek Randall OTI Senior Database & Reports Administrator / Roseburg Forest Products Derek Randall is the OTI Senior Database & Reports Administrator for Roseburg Forest Products Derek has 28 years' experience working in the control and automation field, with a wide variety of control systems, PLCs and HMIs, in various industries. Derek has been working for Roseburg Forest Products for the last 16 years, in a variety of roles. For the past 3 years, he has been working as a Database and Reports Administrator. It is his task to collect data from the shop floor and to create reports and data analysis for the plant personnel as well as management and the executive team at Roseburg.

Analyst in IT Team / Tyson Foods Steve Perry Analyst in IT Team / Tyson Foods Steve Perry is Analyst in the IT Team at Tyson Foods Steve Perry has a diverse background, having held positions in engineering, electrical maintenance, and IT groups in aerospace, nuclear power, paper-making, consulting, and food processing businesses. He has earned degrees in Engineering Physics and Computer Engineering and is licensed as a professional engineer and an electrician.
