GROUP ACTIVITY Introduce a series of behaviours that appear to be dangerous if tried, Look for- My friend asks me to stay out late My friend tells me to help them hurt someone I feel scared to be out alone I am threatened by another child at school I am threatened by another child in the street I am asked to carry a knife around school I see someone being hit by children I am asked to carry a knife around town I am asked to swallow a pill/smoke a cigarette Ask each child to think about the behaviours “together” in groups Ask the groups to agree on “what they’d do next” Discuss and open up YPO Simon Bradley 2019
