How to Deliver the Message. Mrs. Denton Timing is everything. Speak to the bully alone. Never deliver the I message when you are angry, frustrated or afraid. Make eye contact when delivering the message. Nervous? Practice first.

Reporting is: Mr. Carabine Letting an adult know that there is unsafe behaviour taking place. Looking after your friends by keeping them out of bigger trouble. Stopping a bully before the behaviour develops into a pattern. Telling an adult until something is done.

Solving Problems in Peaceful Ways means: Mr. Carabine Is controlled and not impulsive . You need to slow yourself down. It takes time and practice to learn the techniques. When in doubt, ask for help.
