CD133+ and CD133− cells derived from primary glioblastoma T3539 were irradiated with 3 Gy of IR. The presence of DNA damage at sequential time points after damage was assessed by single-cell gel electrophoresis assay under alkaline conditions (alkaline comet assay). The histogram quantitates the percentages of cells with comet tails at different time points after IR in CD133+ (open bars) and CD133− (solid bars) populations.
