What is it/description? Use as many slides/pictures/text/whatever as you like or need. Outline the main choices and the design outline of the feature. It’s fine to have detail in some areas, and not in others, especially in areas we believe we can solve or be specific about later.

What goals does it aim for? List of goals the feature aims to solve (based off Andie or Stoffer’s outlined goals)

Assumptions Assumptions that we are pretty sure about Any risky or uncertain assumptions Any data you have to support or inform the proposal – this is not neccessary at this point, but if you have any data, don’t hide it! You can also make a list here of data that should be looked into if we go ahead with the feature proposal to the next step.

Feasibility investigations Technical feasibility Any work needed on technical foundation Approaches for solving the main technical challenges The point here is not to solve everything, just to identify that we would need to solve things, and provide info if we do have ideas for how. Comments on complexity are welcome, as are smart solutions. We DON’T need to rule things out because they need technical investment. But we also should not go forward with projects that don’t have ideas for feasible tech solutions.

Feasibility investigations Visual feasibility (how does it fit with visual direction and art wishes and capabilities) Wishes or vision statements about visual direction

Feasibility investigations Lore/Universe feasibility How does it fit with lore and/or story Wishes, vision statements or proposals for lore aspects

Feasibility investigations Design feasibility From now to the new – never ignore the current game, we are not working from scratch Impact or considerations for other features, market, game balance, UI/UX
