Walking and jogging Wear light-coloured clothing. Wear reflective materials visible from all sides and reflective accessories, particularly on parts of your body that are constantly moving (arms and legs).

Riding bicycles and e-bikes Fit your bicycle with spoke reflectors or reflective tyres in addition to the lights required by law. Wear reflective clothing or accessories.

Driving Defrost and clear the snow from your windscreen and rear window in the winter. Also check your headlights to ensure that you can see clearly. Check your front and rear lights regularly. Adjust your driving to the visibility and weather conditions.
