Deeside hazard reporting system THE PROCESS. All employees are issued with personal booklets and briefed on site objectives - classification of hazard, near miss & challenge. Books are coded to each employee but names are not communicated to others, to enable anonymous reporting. Hazard / near miss identification encouraged through regular engagement. All Hazards generated are presented at the daily production meetings.
