What exercise framework/format does your organization leverage? Do you exercise to any ISO or regulatory standards? What types of exercises do you perform? To what extent have you performed an exercise with a vendor or customer? Discussion Time: 15 minutes

What has been successful in your organization? What tactics and techniques do you utilize to create organizational and individual stakeholder buy-in? What scenarios and injects have brought the most value to your organization? Describe an exercise that went well and why. Discussion Time: 30 minutes
