Programs in Italy   IAHV ITALIA ONLUS APS Yoga Village 2007 and 2008 – Part of the “Health Week” organised by Milan Municipality SKY Therapy for Depression and Anxiety - Department of Neuroscience A.O. Fatebenefratelli Milan. 2009-2018 Stress- and Rehabilitation programs for traumatised people.

Program Content Relaxation Breathing Exercises Meditation Targetted techniques for Stress- and Trauma Management Program consists: Introductory Course, Weekly Follow-up Meetings and Advanced Courses Relaxation Breathing Exercises Meditation Group Processes Yoga

Program Execution 1-2 trained teachers and assistants depending on the number of participants Organisation in cooperation with Partner Organisations Program Evaluation
