Broadband Service (BBS) ONAP R5

BBS backlog HSIA service subscription plan changes (R5) The HSIA service modification (e.g. upgrade bandwidth plan) is initiated via ONAP's External APIs and orchestrated using ONAP. HSIA service assurance (R5) The HSIA service health is monitored via ONAP's data collection, analytic and closed-loop capabilities Analytics: Determining if an ONT has been powered off/disconnected or whether there is a line failure Detect service degradation (congestion, packets dropped) and remediate by service change https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=45297636
