Historian This is a 3-4 sentence summary of the chapters you are responsible for teaching to the group. This is a 3-4 sentence summary of the chapters you are responsible for teaching to the group. This is a 3-4 sentence summary of the chapters you are responsible for teaching to the group. FOUR SENTENCES – YEAH. This is an image that represents this chapter. Type in some sentences that explain how it connects to the chapter you were assigned.

Discussion Director Essential Question: Should coaches be responsible for any and all injuries that happen while their team is on the field? What do you think? My Answer: No. Some things are out of the coach’s control! This was a “tragic accident” (p. 56). Accidents imply there is no fault. The coach says, “There really is no other time to practice” (p. 56). If they have no other time to practice, the coach is doing what is best for the team by practicing when they can! “…I can’t ask these players and their parents to give up their sleep, to disrupt their lives, to come out to practice football at six-thirty” (p. 57). “Tangerine County is the lightning-strike capital of the United States” (p. 56). Some areas are more dangerous than others. It is not the coach’s fault that families choose to move there and choose to play football.

Passage Picker Important Passage: “A passage from the chapter that you type directly as it appears in the book onto your slide because it was really important or meaningful” (p. 99)  with page number! Significance to the Story: Also type a few sentences about the passage’s significance because you don’t want to forget why you picked it!

Character Sketcher Please see your assignment sheet. There is a sample slide there!
