Role of Women and Formation of SHGs Community Participation in MDMS Syndicate : 3 Role of Women and Formation of SHGs Community Participation in MDMS Chair :

MDMS should be owned by women SHGs MDMS should be owned by women SHGs. They should be genuine partners note mere recipients. Monitory Resources should be transferred to SHGs or their representative bodies at State/ District / Taluka levels. Joint Monitoring Mechanism should be established with representation departments and women SHGs.

A public report should be published in every schools every month detailing the use or resources and outcomes achieved. The same can be put on the web. Training and capacity building of women SHGs into women Entrepreneurs. 3 to 4 pilot models to showcase – partnering of various organizations, convergence of Government Schemes
