AQC and BOCC Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners Adopts Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance Air Quality Commission Citizen advisory board established by the Board of County Commissioners to provide citizen and stakeholder input to the Board of County Commissioners, local municipalities and staff through the review and recommendation of air pollution management policies, long-range plans, operations and their budgetary impacts in order to achieve the mission.
Rule Adoption –By Reference Provide “mark-up” to NCDAQ, County Attorney, and EPA for comment Present at public meeting for AQC approval/comment and public comment BOCC Adoption of MCAPCO Submission of updated ordinance to NCDAQ for inclusion into SIP.
