Mrs. Lightfoot’s Playlist Project “Whom Shall I Fear” by Chris Tomlin “The House That Built Me” by Miranda Lambert “If Everyone Cared” by Nickelback “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong “Only Jesus” by Casting Crowns

“What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong Louis sings, “I see skies of blue and clouds of white The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night And I think to myself what a wonderful world.” “Only Jesus” by Casting Crowns The song states, “I don't want to leave a legacy I don't care if they remember me, only Jesus.”

“Whom Shall I Fear” by Chris Tomlin “You hear me when I call You are my morning song Though darkness fills the night It cannot hide the light Whom shall I fear You crush the enemy Underneath my feet You are my sword and shield Though troubles linger still Whom shall I fear” “If Everyone Cared” by Nickelback “If everyone cared and nobody cried If everyone loved and nobody lied If everyone shared and swallowed their pride Then we'd see the day when nobody died”

“The House That Built Me” by Miranda Lambert Miranda Lambert’s song titled, “The House That Built Me” describes a childhood home and how important that home is to a person’s life. The descriptions and the memories described in this song are very similar to my own. She says, “Up those stairs in that little back bedroom, is where I did my homework and I learned to play guitar. I bet you didn’t know under that live oak, my favorite dog is buried in the yard.” In the chorus of the song, she sings, “Out here it’s like I’m someone else; I thought that maybe I could find myself.” The title and the lyrics share my exact feelings and memories from my home while I was growing up. So many things happened in my house that made me the person I am today.
