A God Worth Trusting Psalm 27

Who or what are you trusting through moments of adversity in your life?

We must trust God in totality amidst moments of adversity, for only in His presence is there true peace.

“Preserve my life, for I am godly; save your servant, who trusts in you – you are my God.” Psalm 86:2 “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Psalm 22:1

Psalm 6:6-7 “I am weary with my moaning; every night I flood my bed with tears; I drench my couch with weeping. My eye wastes away because of grief; it grows weak because of all my foes.”

Psalm 27:4 “One thing I have asked of the LORD, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to inquire in his temple.”

Be confident in God, and at peace in His presence.

The outcome of the heart that seeks false hope in other avenues outside of the Lord’s presence will always end with emptiness.

Psalm 27:13 “I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living!”
