Good Examples Jones effectively convinces his audience that ---- through the use of statistics and surveys paired with emotional stories. Although Myers includes many convincing logical arguments through the use of historical facts, her readers may doubt her objectivity because of her sarcastic tone. Roberts employs the rhetorical appeals of pathos and ethos effectively. However, his use of unsupported logical appeals causes his readers to doubt his claim that ---- is supported by research. JFK Thesis Examples Good or Bad? Why??

Kennedy gives an extremely, emotional speech for all Americans and all people of the world to be inspired by and hope for the end results that he spoke of. Good or Bad? Why?? What?! Bad!

Kennedy had the ability to move his audience and unite them in times of immense trouble. Therefore, he effectively moved those listening to his inaugural address and sought to solve worldly problems by uniting countries and people all over the world. Good or Bad? Why?? Doesn’t really evaluate his rhetoric… tell HOW he moved his listeners.

As the nation’s 35th president, Kennedy spoke confidently about leading the United States and maintaining the country’s position as the most powerful nation in the world. Good or Bad? Why?? Spoke confidently – not evaluating.

Using mainly ethos and pathos, John F Using mainly ethos and pathos, John F. Kennedy effectively delivered a thorough and inspiring oratory that outlined his goals for not only America, but also the world. Good or Bad? Why?? Good – could have better word for “mainly”

Kennedy inspired the American people through emotional appeal and truth, to show the Americans that they held power to positively change the world for the next generation. Good or Bad? Why?? .Bad b/c no evaluation. How could you add an evaluation? Effectively inspired?
