Project RISE: Cultivating Collaborative Culture Study Is your STEM organization interested in research involving… A unique intervention designed to counteract implicit bias and foster gender inclusive workplace culture for women and men in STEM. Evidence-based workshops designed to provide an interactive approach to motivating leadership skills and allyship at work. A randomized control trial that is the gold standard methodology for identifying best practices. Measures will assess short-term and longer term effects on women’s and men’s workplace engagement and social networks. To learn more, contact us at rise@psych.ubc.ca
