‘9’ Days of TESTING Three consecutive testing days per grade level. 8th grade = Feb. 3, 4, 5 6th grade = Feb. 10, 11, 12 7th grade = Feb. 18, 19, 20 >TESTING BLOCK TIME< 8:10 – 10:40 *LIBRARY CLOSED – ALL TESTING TIMES.*

All TESTING through ELA classes… Other CORE Classes follow the BLOCK time. As little movement/noise as possible around testing locations. LOOK AT scheduled BREAK TIME for ELA Testing & do NOT be out in hallway/restrooms at this scheduled time. Be aware that all testing is online. Try not to utilize bandwidth during ALL Grade Level testing dates. Advise students to turn off all devices. This is REQUIRED state testing. Be considerate of this during these multiple testing days.

TESTING Schedule USING THE ‘ORIGINAL’ CLASS ORDER… Day one testing = (Block 1) HOMEROOM Day two testing = (Block 2) (7th grade your 4/5 class) Day three testing = (Block 3)

RELATED ARTS… Related Arts schedule/classes will remain intact (with some class order changes…). *Please remind non-testing grades to remain as QUIET as possible while moving to Related Arts classes during the TESTING Block time. *Be in hallways/outside areas monitoring student movement. 

8th grade dates… Feb 3,4,5 8th grade Related Arts 5th pd. (REGULAR) 10:45-11:30 4th pd. 2:35-3:20/25. Other grade changes: 6th grade 8th pd. Related Arts - 9:55-10:40

6th grade dates…Feb 10,11,12 6th grade NO changes in Related Arts. Once testing completed for the day- Resume TEAM schedule.

7th grade dates…Feb 18,19,20 7th grade Related Arts 2nd pd 1:35-2:20 3rd pd 2:25-3:10/20 Other grade changes: 6th grade Related Arts 7th pd. *8:15-8:55 8th pd. 9:00-9:45 *6th grade students will report to HOMEROOM for attendance & dismiss to RelArts at 8:10.

OTHER February information February PLC Dates: Feb 5 & 19 *HAVE your two scheduled PLCs for this month at your convenience. I-TEAMS-Feb Progress Report. Expect TEAM grade spreadsheets for grades on all students in intervention classes (CSI & CIA). Actual meetings will be held with TEAMS on students referred & possible referred’s. A specific schedule will be sent out later. February ADVISORY Dates: Mondays – Feb 2, 9, 23.
