Footnotes:  In placebo group average symptoms score was 5.0 over the 3 evaluations on trial; at the end four patients withdrew.  In treatment group at 14 days average symptoms score was 1.7; at the end one patient withdrew.  the differences in symptom scores were still obvious after 28 days but were much less after 42 days over the 3 evaluations on trial;  There was no obvious gender bias but there were not enough males to make a conclusion.
