Monday EC Meeting- San Antonio November 2014 Monday EC Meeting- San Antonio Video interviews this week by SA Education Dept Two 802.3 Tutorials plus the 802c discussion in slot 3 Reviewed action items from prior workshops and telecons James reviewed requirement for WG P&P updates IEEE SA presented plans for finalizing the Get802 agreement for next year- see EC Monday minutes for detail. Venue Meeting Tuesday at 605pm Juan Carlos Zuniga reported on the Privacy ECSG Pat Thaler reported on the IETF/802 Joint Leadership meeting last September. Details in the minutes. There will be a meeting Tuesday at 4pm for one hour. Subir reported on the Saturday EC workshop agenda. EC wanted to ensure there was sufficient time to discuss WG P&P rules Robert F. Monday EC Meeting- San Antonio November 2014 Monday EC Meeting- San Antonio Andrew Myles reported on JTC1 activities (11-14-1360r1). 802 has a number of standards (~10) in the pipeline. See report for full details. Next JTC1 meeting not scheduled yet. Glen Parsons reviewed the 802 ITU Standing Committee work. There is now an email reflector for updates. Objective is not to interfere with current liaisons but to track on- going points of interest and activity. See EC 0079 r0 for more detail. Meeting on Weds, 8am Bob Heile gave an update on the Wireless Chairs Committee meeting Sunday Shellhammer gave an update on Coexistence Lessons Learned. This will be presented to 3GPP in later this month. Comments on the doc needed by 630pm Tuesday and will be include in a revision for approval at the Friday EC meeting. Robert F.
