Concessions Introduction

Why Do Concessions? Concessions is the largest fundraiser for Eagle Club, which is Liberty North’s combined PTSA and Booster Club organization. Eagle Club serves ALL students and ALL activities in the school. Eagle Club offers concessions at most sporting events and many non-sports activities that happen throughout the year. We offer clubs within the school the opportunity to work concessions and receive a payout to go specifically to their group. Remaining funds earned are deposited in the Eagle Club account and used for things like scholarships, teacher grants, group donation requests, and much more.

Where do concessions take place? Concessions take place in three locations on the LNHS campus: Activity Complex (stadium) Fieldhouse Baseball Field Most items offered in these locations are the same and at the same price.

What do we sell? STADIUM FIELDHOUSE BASEBALL Pretzels Nachos Hotdogs Popcorn Chips Candy Soda Water Gatorade Coffee Hot Chocolate Cappuccino Sunflower Seeds For large events, sometimes additional items such as pizza, pulled pork sandwiches, or breakfast items are also offered.

What is required for our group to work? All groups can sign up to work concessions if they can provide the specified number of volunteers needed for the event. If it is your first time working concessions, you must work with someone else who has done it before. At least one adult must be present at all times to provide oversight of set-up, operations, and clean-up. They must also handle the money. Students as young as middle school are welcome to help. No students younger than 6th grade should be in the stands for safety reasons. All groups must work at least three concessions events to be allowed to do additional fundraising throughout the school year.

Concessions are IMPORTANT to our school, FUN to do with your group, and EASY once you know your way around the stands!
