Increased levels of acetylated histone H3 are observed in normal PBMCs and circulating tumor cells obtained from patients post-depsipeptide treatment. Increased levels of acetylated histone H3 are observed in normal PBMCs and circulating tumor cells obtained from patients post-depsipeptide treatment. Whole-cell lysates of PBMCs (5 μg) were subjected to SDS-PAGE and transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride membranes. The membranes were probed with anti–glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase antibody (GAPDH), stripped with 0.2 mol/L NaOH, and probed with anti-acetylated histone H3 antibody (AcH3). Samples were collected from (A) cycles 1 and 23, (B) and (C) cycle 1, (D) cycle 12, and (E) cycle 13. Robert W. Robey et al.
