Summary- E- mail Tips Only use when best communication Avoid e-mail wars Avoid using e-mail to “hide” or avoid conflict Never put in e-mail what you wouldn’t say directly to the person Use bullets

Summary Continued Descriptive subject line- write ACTION when action is required of recipient Be conscious of e-mail tone Be careful of using all caps, exclamations Spell check Never send e-mail when angry
