Computed tomography of abdomen and pelvis (coronal view) with intravenous contrast obtained 3 days after admission and initial psoas drain placement (arrowhead) shows persistent hypoattenuating mass, mildly reduced in size to 5.9 × 4.7 × 6.0 cm (arrow). The mass still compresses the right ureter, with unchanged proximal ureteral and right kidney collection system dilatation. Persistent medial deviation of the right iliac arterial vasculature and compression of the right venous iliac vasculature were noted. Computed tomography of abdomen and pelvis (coronal view) with intravenous contrast obtained 3 days after admission and initial psoas drain placement (arrowhead) shows persistent hypoattenuating mass, mildly reduced in size to 5.9 × 4.7 × 6.0 cm (arrow).
