STATEMENT ON TROPICAL CYCLONES AND CLIMATE CHANGE FRIDAY EVENING SESSION AGENDA (2 hours) Johnny Chan: Introductory remarks   CY Lam: Short comments giving reason for us producing the document from perspective of a WMO Permanent Representative   John McBride:  Discussion of purpose of session, ground rules, structure of the document, how we put it together, structure of tonight's session, etc   John McBride: Read through the Summary, with some explanation of individual points (say, 5 - 10 minutes)   Greg Holland: Comments on the Document: 10 minutes No questions after this talk. I'll let Greg and Kerry run back to back   Kerry Emanuel: Comments on the document: 10 minutes. General Discussion on Greg and Kerry's comments, including responses by Greg and Kerry as appropriate, chaired by me.  General Discussion of the document   General Discussion where as chair I shall give microphone priority to forecasters, scientists from developing countries, from island nations, etc. (At least 30 minutes for this agenda item)
