Khorus Implementation Owner (KIO) Role The in-house expert on goal-setting, goal-alignment and Khorus use Acts as the main point of contact for all Khorus support Interacts and influences Exec Team Helps CEO and Exec Team with quarterly goal planning sessions and program management of Khorus Monitors and ensures all employees are creating goals, updating goals weekly and finalizing goals Monitors and ensures all managers are approving goals and using the Khorus Performance Dashboard Trains and onboards all managers and individual contributors
