Laerdal, is one of the villages best known for being all of wood and also one of the most visited historical tourism centers of the Nordic country 01-19-2014 - The village of Laerdal has burned down almost entirely after a fire originated in a wooden house in Laerdalsoyri, a town of 1,150 people. At least 90 people have had to be hospitalized and receive treatment for gas inhalation.
