The summary Why did we just spend a month looking at the Gospels, we know them, right? So did anyone ask themselves why are we doing this? So the question is why? Let me go over a list for you

John 21:24-25 24- This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. 25- And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written.

Other movements of compassion Matthew 9:36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Matthew 14:14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick. Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Few points to look at The compassion John 8: 10-11 John 11: 33-38

WE know his compassion Those who know the Lord and are saved know the compassion that Jesus had for us but do we show that. Are we the ones trying to stone people or the ones portraying His goodness, mercy, compassion?

The second scenario Are we in the crowd doing our “obligations” or actually doing something to show God’s glory? The passion or compassion should motivate us to do something not just be part of the scene or in the crowd.
