Explore opportunities to hand out the FSBO Brochure. Sample Dialogue: “Mr. and Mrs. Homeowner, I can appreciate your desire to sell on your own. I’d like to drop off a brochure with many helpful hints on selling your home on your own. I’ll be in your neighborhood around 3 pm today, can I leave it with you then?”
