MEMORANDUM This project work shall be prepared by of not more than five students Memorandum is aims at identifying and proposing solution to specific educational issue/problem. Based on lecture notes and other sources choose one educational issue. As a group you are required to prepare a memorandum to the Minister of Education that proposes your suggestion in addressing the issue.
