St. George’s Home Care Requires A Full-Time Care Supervisor From £19500 Depending on experience Our ideal Care Supervisor will have: Experience of working in a domiciliary care agency environment at a supervisory level NVQ level 3 Proficiency in IT Excellent organisational skills and the ability to use own initiative What you will do as our Care Supervisor: Monitor, supervise and mentor all staff in the field by carrying out regular supervisions and spot checks Carry out person centred, outcome based assessments and reviews with new and existing Service Users Manage all out of hours emergency calls from clients and care staff when on call Ensure all computerised and manual records are kept up to date Provide shadow support to all new care staff, supporting them to build confidence and competence within their role Observe, monitor and report to the Managers any significant changes in Service Users health and well-being, liaising with professionals within the multi disciplinary team, as appropriate Carry out regular audits and quality assurance surveys In the first instance please email your CV to homecare@stgeorgescare.co.uk Or alternatively download an application from our website www.stgeorgescare.co.uk Closing date 02.08.2019
