Effects of UVB on AKT in SKH-1 mouse epidermis. Effects of UVB on AKT in SKH-1 mouse epidermis. Mice were UVB irradiated (6 kJ/m2) and epidermal protein was harvested at various time points and resolved by SDS-PAGE. Blots were probed with antibodies specific for phosphorylated AKT (Ser473) and total AKT.
