Beginning in FY2020, benefits on E&G salaries will no longer be paid by central university funds. Instead, each college & division will be allocated an additional amount in E&G funds based on FY 2018 actual benefit costs and/or salaries to cover these benefit expenses. Each college and division will have one E&G account established within the Dean’s or VP’s office that will receive the additional allocation and that same account will be charged for college/division E&G fringe benefit expenses.
