Strategies Beginning:What do I know? Post its on board. Middle: three questions End: sharing with others

Ask, Ask, Give. Students create a given number of questions on text/ topic and teacher can decide whether What, How And Why. Students write down correct answers

Process Students finds partner and take turns to ask questions, then swap with each other and move on to another partner, making sure they hvw given their question paper up. They keep circulating to share lots of information.

Taking targets forward... Once students have a target, to ensure that they are progressing with i, next time they attempt that type of task, they 'headline' it before they write to remind them of what to focus upon...
