5 Alerts AUTOMATED ALERTS Participants receive their login details after self registration or data import. Participants are automatically thanked for their contribution and sent a copy of her idea by email. Effective automated communication The idea creator will be alerted when the status of their idea changes or comments are made! All other participants are automatically alerted that a new idea has been posted. The head of department is alerted too!
