XYZ Health and Fitness Club The health and fitness club is situated within the Sunrise Leisure Complex We are the premier health and fitness club in the Leathermead area 09/11/2019 XYZ Health & Fitness Club

Our Facilities Our facilities and equipment are impressive A 35m swimming pool of 1.2m constant depth and a separate baby & toddler pool Sauna, Steam room, Spa and Solaria The baby & toddler pool is maintained and heated separately from the main pool. The Sauna, Steam room, Spa and Solaria may only be used by Adult members. Members with certain medical conditions, for their own safety, will be asked not to use the Sauna, Steam room and Solaria. This will be discussed during their medical induction. For reasons of hygiene, members are asked to shower before entering the pool, Sauna, Steam room and Spa.

Terms of membership continued… Full use of all fitness equipment is included – once health checks have been completed Full use of pool, sauna, spa and steam room Aerobic classes – including low and high impact aerobics, step aerobics, toning classes and yoga Automatic membership for employee’s children to our children’s club “KidsXtreme”

KidsXtreme – kids club The KidsXtreme kids club offers fun and entertainment for children aged 2 to 16 years, split into 3 groups 2 to 5 years 6 to 12 years 13 to 15 years A crèche facility is available for children aged under 2 – a nominal payment is required for this service 09/11/2019 XYZ Health & Fitness Club

Costs The prices are based on a minimum of 25 members and are paid for a full year in advance Single Membership per annum £480 Joint Membership per annum £800 Child Membership per annum £120

Opening Hours Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10.00pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays* – 7.30 am to 9.00pm *Closed Christmas Day

What do you need to do? Supply a list of the employees that will become members - we will then invoice you for the annual Corporate Membership fee Once payment is received a membership pack will be sent to each corporate member inviting them to their first consultation and to a welcome evening
