Title IX Info All organization members should encourage Bystander Intervention: Direct Intervention = Telling someone to stop their behavior Make a Distraction = Making up an excuse to distract someone from their behavior without calling attention to the troubling behavior Recruit others = If in doubt, call friends or authority figures (bouncers, UPD, KPD, etc.) to help you intervene. Consent is required for all sexual encounters. Consent is clear, ongoing, words or actions that create mutually understandable permissions for the sexual activity you engage in. This includes sending or taking sexually explicit images. Remember you want your partner to be enthusiastic: Watch - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqBQH1e7XwQ Sanctions – Students may lose their ability to represent the university, receive scholarships from the university, or attend the university if there is a finding that a student engaged in sexual misconduct.
