The Action Figure

Product My product is an action figure that’s unique. It is a very dark toy. This action figure has the ability to change to the thoughts in his victim’s mind, through eye contact. Target Market: Boys ages 6-18 who want to be different Unique Selling Point: This action figure is different because it’s not a normal superhero, obviously Product Life Cycle: My product would do fine throughout business cycles because mainly one audience will consume them

SWOT Strengths: No action figure like it Weaknesses: Might not be the most exuberant toy Opportunities: We have the opportunity to become a popular action figure for kids into mythical genres Threats: Might seem creepy Objectives: To sell in at least 20 countries worldwide within the next 5 years, and to have a super bowl commercial

Pricing We determined our price through thinking about how much figures are usually sold for Action Figure will be priced at $12.00 It will cost us $4.00 to make the figure Our initial markup will be 66% 500,000 figures made ROI: 200% My break even point: 250,000 figures

STEPPS Social Currency- could be discussed as strange action figures on YouTube Triggers- When people are thinking about wizards Emotion- Our action figure will give off a mysterious vibe Public- Groups of people into mysterious witchcraft could be attracted to this product Practical Value- my product could make kids less lonely, or adults Stories- My product will tell a mysterious story of a mysterious figure

AIDA Attention- through advertising as a strange action figure Interests- it’s a great conversation starter Desire- people will come to us for new mysterious action figures Action- Figures are sold in toy stores, and Halloween stores (or just mythical stores)

Promotion I plan on promoting through many advertisements on T.V. We do this at a caution, so that we will eventually air our commercial during the Super Bowl. STEPPS:

Competitors Our competitors are Marvel and DC. Besides them, it’s really just any other company that produces action figures
