Balancing Participation What do you do when some members dominate the discussions? How do you get all members to participate? For decisions, do you use a majority vote or consensus?

Review, Analyze, and Advise How does your council fulfill this role? What do you review? What do you analyze? Has your council offered advise or recommendations? If so, was it well received? (sources of information for review are found on page 75 in the IRI blue book)

WIOA Performance Measures Previous performance measures have been replaced by Employment Rate, Employment Retention Rate, Average Earnings, and Skills Gains for adults; Placement in Employment/Education/Training and Attaining a degree or certificate for youth Has VR and your council started to focus on these new performance measures?

What is your SRC’s role in relation to policy? “Regularly consults with the Council regarding the development, implementation, and revision of State policies and procedures of general applicability pertaining to the provision of vocational rehabilitation services; “
