Conference Highlights ITU World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRCs) are held every three to four years to review, and, if necessary, revise the ITU Radio Regulations, the international treaty governing the use of the radio-frequency spectrum and the geostationary-satellite and non-geostationary-satellite orbits. Revisions are made on the basis of an agenda determined by the ITU Council, which takes into account recommendations made by previous World Radiocommunication Conferences.

Exhibition Fees: Standard Booth Construction + Floor-Space Rental (Min. space) REPRESENTATIVES PRICE/m 9 sqm ( 3m x 3m ) Company representatives should be present at all times $ 445/m (For all period of WRC-19) PRICE INCLUDES FOR STANDARD BOOTHS: General hall lighting & air-conditioning Two Spotlights Two chairs, one waste bin One power plug socket (220-V, 5/15 AMP) One fascia with exhibitor’s name Two tables: 65cm x 65cm Floor carpeting CUSTOMIZED OFFICE SPACE: Floor-space in the exhibition area may also be rented to design and build your own ‘customized office space’ at an additional charge with layout and design support from GCM in consultation with the ITU. **Exhibitors must bear all costs of booth decoration, shipping of exhibits, booth personnel, additional electrical work, additional rental items, and for rental, design and build-up of your own customized office space. etc.

Octanorm Booth Rules Booth (9 sqm) rental space for the entire duration is $4,005. It includes the floor-space and standard booth construction. If the exhibitors will design and construct their own booth or customized office space, the $4,005 will be for floor-space only. This fee is a fixed price; non-negotiable. Two or more Octanorm booths could be combined if exhibitors require a bigger space with the same pricing per booth. Exhibitors’ have access to two Halls or lunchtime seminar/meeting-rooms (size 100 sqm (each), classroom style setup) and six meeting rooms (boardroom style setup, seats 12) at the Exhibition building. These are made available on a shared rotation-basis and the schedule will be managed by ITU room management email:Conf-logistics@itu.int on the basis of first come, first served and by ITU Protocol email protocol.service@itu.int for scheduling and updating on the social events calendar. A social-events area of 200m2 is available within the Exhibition building for ITU Member States and ITU-R Sector Members to hold any receptions, social events, lunchtime seminars, etc. The schedule and social events calendar will be managed by ITU Protocol email: protocol.service@itu.int on the basis of first come, first served.
