ACNM State Affiliate Implementation Status Update as of November 2010* WA MT ND ME OR MN VT NH MA ID SD WI NY WY MI RI CT IA PA NJ NV NE OH DE IL IN UT CO WV MD VA KS DC CA MO KY NC TN AZ OK AR SC NM Uniformed Services Affiliate MS AL GA TX Based on information provided by ACNM chapter chairs as of November 2010. Need us to change your status? Send me a text comment right now! US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico LA FL No progress reported or no information available Planning to organize AK HI Organizing Affiliate paperwork submitted Affiliate formed

If you have submitted your paperwork to Bylaws: If anything is missing or there are questions, Lynne Himmelreich will contact you If everything is complete, Lynne will notify you and your information will go to the ACNM BOD for the Dec 3-5 BOD meeting Once Bylaws has approved, it is highly likely that the BOD will approve You will be notified of the outcome after the BOD meeting.

Membership Dues Beginning January 2011, ACNM dues invoice will have a line-item for national dues & another for affiliate dues Each affiliate will decide its own dues amounts & inform ACNM ACNM will remit 100% of affiliate dues to each affiliate on a monthly basis

What We Will Need From You Names of all Affiliate Officers Approved Affiliate Dues Structure Funds transfer information (EFT account info or check)

Monthly Membership Dues Processing Example March 1, 2011: Michelle Grandy of Washington Pays her Dues National Dues Affiliate Dues ACNM Treasury To Affiliate Treasury by March 20

For States Not Ready by Jan. 1 Draft Policy Under Final Review: States have the opportunity to provide an official letter of intent stating that an affiliate will be formed, providing a projected date of completion. These states will be “Affiliate Candidates.” The letter will tell ACNM whether to collect dues for them, or not, and how much Dues collected will be held in escrow & released in full to the affiliate as soon when approved Letter will be a legal document signed by both parties (ACNM and current chapter chairs)

For States Not Ready by Jan. 1 If no letter of intent is received from current chapter chairs, ACNM representatives will work with other members in the state to assist them State dues would not be collected by ACNM until the state instructs us to do so. Goal is to complete this process as early as possible in 2011.
