Credit Check Sheet for Graduation Top Section – any blank should have a scheduled class either first and/or second semester Please DO NOT WRITE in the boxes If you want a copy, take a picture with your phone or stop by the counseling office later and we can make you a copy If you have questions or concerns, make notes on your transcript for your records. Also, use the Post-it notes available and stick it to your yellow grad check form when you turn it in to your alpha counselor.

Enlist Take the ASVAB Talk to recruiters who come to campus Select the branch of military that meets your interests and skills Learn useful trades or make a career in the military Check on educational opportunities

Enroll Apply for Fall 2020 Different requirements at all universities, community colleges and career/technical schools Keep copies of everything you submit! Application fees (Common App., Coalition App., etc.) Free/reduced lunch = fee waiver from counselor (if needed) Letters of Recommendation – questionnaire, 2 weeks notice minimum, speak to counselors and teachers in person! 

NCAA Eligibility Center https://web3.ncaa.org/ecwr3/ Athletes should have registered at the end of their junior year with the Eligibility Center for participation in college athletics See Mrs. Stevens in the Athletic Office for assistance with courses needed for individual colleges

FAFSA Opens October 1st www.FAFSA.ed.gov Assure you are on the correct website Create FSA ID for Student and Parent Watch the announcements for possible evening event Complete the FAFSA for possible scholarships that you may not even be aware of…what a great surprise!

Future Events IRHS College Fair – Fine Arts Breezeway Wednesday, September 11th 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. TCC College Night Tuesday, October 22 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Over 200 colleges represented Reserve your spot on the IRHS bus by October 1st Tri-University (UA, ASU, NAU) DATE : Sept. 11th at Mt. View High School  6-8pm or Sept 12th at UofA's Tri-U event being held on campus 6-8pm.

Official Transcript Request To obtain a request form, you MUST see the IRHS Registrar, Mrs. Kandi Clark, and fill out a colored form Please allow 3-5 working days to complete this request Each official transcript costs $1.00 The official transcript will then be sent to the specific schools or organization Should you need a waiver, please see your counselor
