RETHINK YOUR DRINK RECONSIDERE LO QUE BEBE!

To lose weight, you must take in fewer calories than your body uses. Most people try to reduce their calorie intake by focusing on food.  Low - carb diets, high – carb diets, low – fat diets, grapefruit diets, cabbage soup diets, and blood type diets, etc. But, these are not promising fast results! No matter what you do, the KEY is – reduce your caloric intake.! Another way to cut calories may be to think about what you drink.

WHAT DO YOU DRINK? IT MAKES MORE DIFFERENCE THAN YOU THINK?

 Calories in drinks are not hidden – they’re listed on the Nutrition Facts label.  Calories in beverages you drink can contribute to your daily intake.  Calories from drinks can add up.  But, you can have plenty of options for reducing the number of calories in what you drink

Substituting no or low calorie drinks for sugar-sweetened beverages cuts calories

THESE ARE SOME OPTIONS IN REDUCING THE CALORIES IN WHAT YOU DRINK - Handouts: Page 3, 4 & 5
