NIST Framework and Roadmap for 5 11/10/2019 IEEE 802.24 Smart Grid TAG Discussion on NIST Framework and Roadmap for 5 Smart Grid Interoperability Standards, Release 3.0

Updated Framework NIST announcement April 16th: 11/10/2019 Updated Framework NIST announcement April 16th: The Draft NIST Framework 3.0 Now Available for Public Comment URL http://www.nist.gov/smartgrid/upload/Draft- NIST-SG-Framework-3.pdf

Catalog of Standards Table 4-1 “Identified Standards” (p69) Includes 74 standards from various sources IEEE 802 is (still) not included

SGIP Process IEEE 802 input to SGIP Spreadsheets from 802 WG provided over past 3-4 years. SIF documents provided by 802.24 160 standards are on a list of “CoS Standards Review Pending” Including IEEE 802

Next Steps Does this Framework matter anymore? The SGIP process for maintaining the CoS is apparently not working Is it worth our effort to comment or respond?
