Distribution of Langar & Chabeel on 30th May’15 By Bhagwati Steel Sales – Chandigarh 379, Industrial Area, Phase-II, Chandigarh

We had arranged a free langar & chabeel on 30th May’15 at Industrial Area, Phase-2, Chandigarh. Lunch (Channa & Poori) and Cold & Sweet drinking water were distributed to the general public majority of them were work force from industries of Industrial Area Phase-II, Chandigarh. The preparation for the langar was started in the morning so that the distribution could be started on time. However, Cold & Sweet drinking water was started a bit early looking to the extreme hot day. The program started on its scheduled time 12:00pm and continued upto 3:00pm. People came in huge numbers and waited for their turn without any discrimination of post and position. Our staff members with help of some members from neighboring factories managed the distribution properly, without any single instance of mismanagement. In the end, a cleanliness drive was undertaken in line with intiative of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan‘ to keep the area neat & clean which was appreciated by local industrialists & traders.
