Larry TeBrake ~ Trainer Profile What You Need to Know and Can Do to Support Me Give me good directions to the training site Help me resolve any technical or training room issues During lunch breaks I prefer to remain at the training site and eat my lunch which I will bring with me Bring any and all issues to me as soon as possible so that I can adjust or address them   What People Like and Admire about Me as a Trainer I provide energetic and upbeat presentations I have a good sense of humor I am respectful of all training participants I attempt to create a comfortable environment that encourages participation I stay on task and am focused but yet can be flexible when needed What is Important to Me as a Trainer To provide an experience that is valuable to the participants To help participants become excited about the person centered tools To be well prepared and know the course material fully To create a learning environment where everyone learns, including me My goal is to provide information in a way that will inspire participants to use the tools to make a difference in their lives and for the people they work with When participants stay on task and get involved I get energized and we all have a good experience When participants are respectful of each other and me we all feel valued People Who Support Me Best Provide me with honest feedback so that I can improve my presentation and interaction style Are on time and can stay focused on the task at hand, yet don’t panic when things don’t go as planned.
