Peer Learning Webinar Goals: Learn about approaches that can help participants prepare for and effectively manage anticipated staff turnover and ensure continued delivery of TechHire services and deliverables throughout periods of transition; Become familiar with how to quickly access and download key TA resources from the CoP; and Better understand the many different types of resources available on the CoP that can aid in helping new grant staff become familiar with basic TechHire policies, processes, and procedures as quickly as possible.
