I will show numbers greater than and less than a given whole number up to 120 on a  number line. Reading We will self-monitor our reading to fix mistakes and identify the author’s writing technique. I will read to understand how an author makes the reader feel a certain way. Writing We will study and apply our favorite authors’ craft moves. I will use adjectives in my writing. I will revise my work to add details, feeling words, and meaning. Science We will discuss how changes in the amount of light can affect how objects appear. I will investigate and observe changes in light. Social Studies We will describe and compare the roles of public officials. I will be able to match a picture and title of public officials and write a job description. Word Work We will decode words with the soft c and soft g rule. I will spell words with the soft c and soft g rule.
